Tibetan stringer Tsering Wangyal reported that the exile Tibetan Premier Samdhong Rinpoche Sunday called on India to help resolve the Tibetan issue. Samdhong Rinpoche said that a process of dialogue is going on between the Tibetan government-in-exile and the Chinese leadership. “I would like to call upon India to take active part in the ongoing process of dialogue between Tibet and China.” he added.
