Thousands Gather in Bathang Temple Opening Ceremony

Ba Chode Gompa, the main monastery in Batang County, Western Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, located in today's Sichuan Province installed a historical statue of buddha Shakyamuni, where local Tibetans participated in the celebration with traditional dance and songs.
