Paljor Tsering: Nomad, Refugee, Diplomat

Kunleng interviews Paljor Tsering, former Kalon in the exile Tibetan government on his autobiography, ‘The Nature of All Things’. Tsering was born in a nomadic noble family in Tibet, grew up exile, and served in various posts in the CTA, including as a diplomat for 20 years.
