The Dalai Lama concluded the conferment of the Kalachakra initiation to more than two hundred thousand devotees at Bodhgaya, India.
On the concluding day, the Dalai Lama also gave a Long Life initiation which was followed by the Tenshug, a long life ceremony offered to him by the organizing committee of Kalachakra 2012, and all the people present at one of the largest Buddhist gatherings in history. Finally the 10 day religious teaching and initiation into the celebrated Kalachakra tantra practice concluded with the presentation of an award that requests the Dalai Lama to be the leader of followers of Tibetan Buddhism in the whole world.
